Better Health Market will share how to curb appetite while enjoying the flavors of the holidays in a seminar held at four store locations. “Learn tips to keep your immune system tuned up and strong, for taking on holiday stress head on and for taking on holiday exhaustion with a great night’s sleep," explains Burke. "Everyone wants to get healthy, be healthy and stay healthy. My training and education style makes understanding the process of getting healthier much easier.”
