Colostrum is a natural product with a high percentage of growth factors that help with cellular repair, regrowth and healing leaky gut. It also has a high percentage of immunoglobulins which are natural antibodies that help enhance your immune function.
It's a Gut Decision
Hippocrates said, "All disease begins in the gut." What he was talking about was disruption of the gut flora (aka dysbiosis, aka leaky gut). Which leads to malfunction of our immune system causing inflammation, oxidative stress and a whole slew of diseases including autoimmune conditions.
How Colostrum Helps
1. Boosts balances and maintains proper immune function (babies are born with a leaky gut and the colostrum in mother's milk heals it).
2. Helps protect and heal your GI tract and stomach lining.
3. Helps restore your body's ability to heal itself.
4. Helps eliminate harmful bacteria, viruses, fungus and parasites and fights infection.
5. Helps protect and heal the stomach and intestinal lining and boosts the absorption of nutrients in the gut.
6. Helps increase Natural Killer Cells and increases macrophage activity.
7. Helps increase muscle strength and stamina; speed recovery after exercise or injury or surgery.
8. Repairs tissues and improves skin texture and tone.
9. Stimulates the regrowth of damaged tissue, cartilage, bone and blood cells.
10. Increases production of serotonin and dopamine in the brain.
11. Boosts mental clarity.
12. Burns fats and increases metabolism.
13. Accelerates cellular and DNA repair.
14. Stimulates the endocrine system to continue producing growth hormone.
How Much to Take?
If you are a first time user you may experience a detox reaction which could mimic the flu or mild gut issues. Not to worry. Just lower the dose until your body adjusts.
I recommend either 1-2 scoops per day or 2 scoops after exercise. Take with 6-8 ounces of water.
