Fighting the Stressors to Your Immune System

Our health depends on our immune system. Each year there are new stressors attacking our immune systems like viruses, bacteria, Lyme disease, stress and environmental toxins (smoking), to name a few.

How can we fight back? One way is through nutritional supplementation. Start with Vitamins D3, A, C, B6. Zinc is a trace element that is also necessary for a healthy immune system. A lack of zinc can make a person more susceptible to illness.

There are natural ways to fight an infection if you get one. Viruses respond well to an amino acid called L-lysine, Colloidal Silver, Echinacea, and homeopathic remedies like Virus Plus drops and Flu-be-gone pellets.

Another great way to help support your system is to get plenty of restful deep sleep. A good night’s sleep helps you rebuild and resets your body.
Exercise daily! Going for a daily walk in the fresh air and sunshine helps relieve stress in the body.

Saunas and gym time for sweating will help remove toxins.

Yoga and deep-breathing meditation for relaxation are great ways to build a strong immune system.

Hydration is also very important. Flush out toxins with lots of pure water, especially as it relates to the bladder. When we don’t flush our detoxification system, bacteria can grow and cause infection, which stresses our bodies.
