Fundamental Healing Seeks Holistic Nurse Practitioner for Potential Partnership

Natural Awakenings News: Gretchen Perry-Emery
Gretchen Perry-Emery

Gretchen Perry-Emery, a functional medicine nurse practitioner at Fundamental Healing, is in search of a family nurse practitioner to join her Bloomfield Hills practice. The ideal candidate will be holistic minded, trained in functional medicine, familiar with the kind of care the office provides and willing to consider joining as a partner after a two-year trial period. The practitioner can work part- or full-time.

“This year the practice is expanding to add another 2,000 square feet and needs staffing to support the growth,” Perry-Emery says. “The job entails well care and identifying root cause of disease in newborns through the older adult, partnering with patients, educating them on how the human body and immune system work and developing short- and long-term goals for helping them to achieving a greater sense of overall well-being. The candidate must be detail-oriented and organized in thought. Support for growth will be provided through continuing education and hands-on clinic experience. As for qualifications, applicants must possess an active license in the state of Michigan (or the ability to sit for certification within the next nine months), carry malpractice insurance and maintain a collaborative agreement for prescribing authority–one can be provided if necessary.”

She adds, “Interest in learning four-channel neurofeedback is a bonus!”

Fundamental Healing is located at 2525 S. Telegraph Rd., Ste. 305, Bloomfield Hills. Interested candidates should visit Fundamental-Healing.com and contact the practice through the website so that arrangements for a phone interview can be made.
