Have You Trained Your Brain Today?
Neurofeedback: A Natural Approach for Brain Health and Wellness

Neurofeedback is a safe, drugless, noninvasive approach to helping your brain regulate better. While neurofeedback isn’t necessarily a treatment for any condition, a few of the issues we have helped children and adults with include memory, ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, migraines, fibromyalgia and more.
Neurofeedback training for the brain is similar to physical training for the body. Think of it as exercise for your brain that helps keep your brain fit. The objective is to improve the mind and central nervous system's flexibility and resilience...to work more optimally.
Much of our suffering comes from pervasive recurring thoughts and feelings in which our minds become emotionally stranded or cognitively “stuck."
Neurofeedback works by providing "feedback" in a specialized and advanced form, giving information about an "activity" in the brain as it is occurring. Much like a mirror that promotes self-correction, neurofeedback monitors your brain waves and then provides this "feedback” to your central nervous system. When a tremor in your brain wave pattern is detected, the neurofeedback machine sends an audible signal that encourages the brain to “reset” and self-correct.
Your brain will learn from this exercise, resulting in a more open and positive mind-set in which obstacles are more manageable and problems more resolvable.
Neurofeedback training provides a multitude of benefits for the brain and body, including:
• Heightened mental clarity, focus, attention and enhanced cognitive performance
• Helps you feel more confident, comfortable and calm; boosting self-esteem
• Helps you become more flexible and resilient
• Promotes relaxation which may help with anxiety and stress
• Promotes healthy sleep habits
• Decreases performance and sports anxiety
• Assists with weight loss and personal transformation goals
• Helps improve general health and wellness
Finally, a brain/mental fitness training program should also include eating right and training your body.
If you're looking for a natural approach to brain health and wellness, neurofeedback may be the perfect option for you.
