Reduce Negative Emotions in the Blink of an Eye

Solution-focused Technique for Stress and Anxiety Reduction

Reduce Negative Emotions in the Blink of an Eye -

Eyes can be vital to mental health, as demonstrated by the effects of Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT). Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT) developed from Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and psychotherapy models after the observation of numerous neurological phenomena that occur during eye movements. The solution-focused technique for stress and anxiety reduction, when applied by a certified practitioner, can help clients move past uncomfortable or debilitating negative emotions and toward a happier life.

“The process answers the question, 'How did I learn to feel the way I feel about this thing that troubles me?’” explains Personal Development Coach Kathleen Nusbaum who is a Neurolinguistic Programming Master Practitioner and Certified IEMT advance practitioner at Transformations Personal Coaching in West Bloomfield, MI.

Unlike other processes involving eye movements, IEMT eye movements are neither random nor simply a repetitive left and right movement in the hope that change will occur. The practitioner precisely calibrates which axis through which to move the eyes, enabling change to occur with precision and at a remarkable speed. IEMT enables excellent results where previously other methods may not have worked.”

Another benefit of IEMT is that clients do not need to reveal details about their problems or situations, unless they want to. Change occurs rapidly through modifying how clients see themselves (identity imprints) and removing their negative associations with past life events (emotional imprints). Even negative self-talk and phobias can be addressed through IEMT to build self-esteem and confidence.
