Reduces Risk of Hypertension

UUniversity of Eastern Finland research on 1,621 men found that four to seven saunas per week can cut high blood pressure risk in half.

Their conclusion states, “Regular sauna bathing is associated with reduced risk of hypertension, which may be a mechanism underlying the decreased cardiovascular risk associated with sauna use.”
